8. Our fees are as follows;

1. £500,00 including VAT for all applications outside the Immigration rules
2. £1000,00 including VAT for Bail and Deportation applications
3. £1000,00 including VAT Human rights applications.
4. £500-1000 ALL EEA applications depending on service this could be less.

Human rights applications are complex. We can argue your case based on your family and private life in the UK if you can demonstrate the following;

1. The strength of your connections in the UK. family members you are connected too, financial support, associations you have joined and also any reasons why integrating in your country of origin would be a problem for you.

2. Your age, if you believe you have compassionate circumstances which justify you staying here. Perhaps its hospital treatment or ongoing surgery dates for which this treatment would not be available if you were deported back.

3. Your relationship grounds and whether you can stay here because of your relationship with a British citizen for more than 2 years and you can prove that you have evidence to support the authenticity of your relationship.

4. Your child born in the UK has reached a certain age of 7 years of age, or your child has been born and you would like advice on any residence rights you may have.
